Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. The service

Loyalty Card by Maxisite provides digital stamp-card tools for small businesses. Merchants can create loyalty programs, customers can join programs and present temporary codes, and merchants can record stamps and reward redemptions.

2. Merchant accounts

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting their credentials, keeping access under their control and using Loyalty Card only for lawful business purposes. The launch Founding plan is designed for one business, one owner account and up to three active loyalty programs.

3. Merchant responsibility for loyalty offers

Each merchant is responsible for the rewards, eligibility rules, customer-facing promises and fulfillment of its own loyalty program. Loyalty Card records program activity but is not the seller or provider of the merchant's goods, services or rewards.

4. Subscriptions and billing

When paid billing is enabled, the Founding plan is billed monthly in USD through PayPal. The displayed Loyalty Card price is fixed in USD; any conversion into another currency is determined by the customer's payment provider. Paid operational features are available only while Loyalty Card receives a subscription status that permits access.

Cancellation information is described in the Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Loyalty Card to commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse customer data, send unlawful communications or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Loyalty Card available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may change or improve features, security controls, integrations and limits as the service evolves. Material commercial changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when a subscription is not in an eligible state, when security requires it, or when use materially violates these terms or applicable law. Account closure does not erase records that must reasonably be retained for billing, audit, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

8. Limits of the service

Loyalty Card provides software for managing loyalty activity. It does not guarantee merchant revenue, customer retention, reward value, uninterrupted third-party services or the performance of a merchant's underlying business. Mandatory rights that apply under local law are not excluded by these terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use after an applicable update means the service will be governed by the updated terms, subject to any mandatory notice or consent requirements under applicable law.
